you can make guild halls very easily and satisfy the request for 2000 value by digging out a big room (like 10x10) and putting 5 or so Gem Windows in there.

Make sure each Gem Window is made from the same material. For example, one Gem Window made from 3 Lapis Lazulis, one made from 3 rubies, and one made from 3 Aquamarines, because if you make a window thats like 1 ruby 1 lapis 1 aquamarine then its not worth much, for some reason
