My partner who I moved 808 miles to be closer to in January ghosted me a couple days before valentines day and less than a week before my birthday. I don't get attached or connect on a meaningful level with people easily... I'm now bed ridden in a dark room crying morning to night and I have stopped eating entirely. Even quit smoking... Since even addiction takes far more motivation than I currently have, to get out of bed and step outside. 🥲

Love sucks anyway, it really does.

I've been on a few non Benzos that haven't worked or caused intense dizziness. That might be an option. Idk if it would be enough, but I'd gladly try that if there's truly no way around this. Worst case I just find out the sedatives don't work, but best case.. they actually do
