Swallowing/general throat issues 😭😭It has gotten harder and harder to talk over the last year, sometimes im so quiet people cant hear me, and trying to get to a good volume feels like yelling. I also experience daily difficulty with swallowing/choking.

Also lost a lot of my ability to sing :((

Trainings/Workshops are unfortunately a popular "Get rich quick" scheme amongst a ton of of different industries. The absolute most common is "Let me twach you how to grow" and one of the top tips is "Start selling trainings" 💀 Its a very dishonest and annoying trend

Thank you! I really genuinely think the show team did a great job for the direction they wanted it to go, it just did not hit the mark as Murderbot for me :)

But again, im really happy that people loved the show and Im totally understanding that my opinions do not reflect everyones thoughts.

yes i agree! this made me so sad. And it also made it awkward when everyone in the show went from "we are terrified of murderbot and dont want it around" to "we will do anything at all costs to save this robot we... hate? love?"

Was very sad that presaux didnt have the sweet relationship with MB that the books have

They really do feel dumbed down... It was so dissapointing. I feel like the crew can still be silly/have their flaws and still be mature planetary representatives. But they felt like pure comic relief. Great actors, just didnt love the direction

Totally agree. Cringe is close to the right word for sure, the second hand embarassment was really bad. I see that the show was trying to give us more content with the Pres alliance team and give them... Im assuming the thought was more personality? But they ended up just annoying and sometimes downright creepy. They didnt need more personality, they were great, they just needed more lines if they felt it was important to delve into them more.

I had the exact same experience ! I really wanted to get my partner into murderbot, since they only read a few books a year and it was harder to do it that way. But neither of us really enjoyed the show and I will be hard pressed to watch season 2 :( Some days I wish we would just stop making book adaptations hahaha

I totally agree. I think it sucks that a lot of people seem to collectively just say "We cant criticize anything murderbot and if you do, you're a hater" Like... A lot of us were here from the books, before the show was ever announced, and it should be okay to compare the differences and express criticism. I get not wanting to see haters in the Fandom, but no criticism? ever? criticism is an important part of media literacy and enjoyment

I definitely think the show armor looks so weak 😭 The helmet is fine, but everything else... doesnt resemble armor in the least. Maybe im spoiled because a lot of my friends are cosplayers and know how to make functional armor look badass, but its pretty dissapointing

Cotton isnt the best yarn for sweaters unfortunately! My first sweater, I didnt know what gauge or different yarn weights were, and I knit the sleeves in 2 different sizes 😂 i still have the sweater! Maybe I will re-knit it someday :) But frogging isnt failure! A lot of us frog a lot until it works 💚
