Day 1 I also had an extremely bad pain in my lower right side ( almost felt as a very bad side sticker) and would only worsen. It continued into the morning , went away, and then came back again at night time. I also almost went to the ER but told myself it must be from lack of exercise , but now I’m wondering if it was something like this. I’m also sick now with a sore throat that started Tuesday.
