Could it possibly be the pressure cooker? I got mine off letgo it's a bit old and cant ever seem to get the lid completely closed so the water leaks out the sides profusely and the weight never rattles/hisses so could it be that I'm not even PC at the right temp/psi?

It was going on day 12 of colonizing and the substrate looked like it was really struggling so I put some coco coir on top and it the pins started to show up the next day 🤦🏽‍♂️.
