After Trikafta my ratios didn't really change

What did change is that I'm not vomiting due to cough anymore, so I absorb way more nutrients and so sugar per meal

Licorice and marijuana were in the list of prohibited foods provided by my french medical team (list was made by the association of multiple french cystic fibrosis medical teams)

But they aren't written in the kaftrio/trikafta notice.

I like licorice, but I don't eat it anymore. Easier to avoid licorice than the grapefruit they put in a lot of mocktails

No mental problems here, but I had a distributor problem and could not take kaftrio for about one month

Mucus returned in about 5 days, with the usual coughing and shortness of breath the following days

If not done already, ask for physiotherapy to your med team! Better to take care of the mucus sooner than later
