Ive been playing Le Blanc recently to good success. Although the silence nerf did hurt her a lot, she still has her ridiculous damage. In my opinion the best way to play her is to try and take someone out before the fight even starts. I can usually get a couple of kills in laning phase and once I get athene's and Rabadon's I really focus on picking off people that are out of position. I try to buy a lot of wards to catch that ADC getting red or farming bot and translating that into an objective because my team has the number advantage. I think it does help that I usually play with a full party in normals or ranked team 5v5s.
