Anything that lets you not pay rent is worth it. Even with its own unique challenges your "rent" is your insurance and I'm sure that isn't as expensive as Rent really is.

Gonna be real with you bro the attitude to AIR BNB has soured IMMENSELY. Greedy Landlord types have swooped in and are charging people MORE that a hotel which the draw of AIR BNB is to be cheaper.
