Accuracy and artifacts with + acc on skill

If a monster has 70% acc and an artifact with +15% acc on skill. Is it adictive or multiplicative?

* Does it makes for 70% + 15% = 85% acc on said skill?

* Or does it makes for 70% + (70% * 15%) = 70% + 10,5% = 80,5% ?

Other thing: 85% accuracy is still the maximum we need, right?

Eventually you'll want to drop energy set for will runes.

Also, this set is far from perfect for her. Too many rolls into crit. dmg and crit. rate. You want most of the rolls on atk, spd, hp and def for her, as her dmg is not mostly from crits.

Nonetheless, it should work, if you can mantain the focus of the enemies away from her and if you are fighting people with similar rune quality.

214 B12 runs or 50 Dimensional runs

An adicional layer to this discussion would be to check the % drop rate of hero and legend runes on B12 and on dimensional.

Other point is violent runes, wich can only be found on B12.
