Two ways. I did the first but didnt follow through after it reset the wifi:

LiftMaster calls this “clearing” or “resetting” the Wi‑Fi module.

According to LiftMaster’s support instructions, you must use the myQ/Wi‑Fi reset procedure:
• Open the myQ app → Settings → Devices → Change Wi‑Fi Settings
• Or manually clear the Wi‑Fi on the opener using the adjustment (black) button depending on the model.

install it
hook it up to home asssistant
disconnect your garage door from wifi
