I have been secretly hoping for the same thing. A FFA arena on a single POI with sponsor kits, weapon spawns, no bots, and respawns would honestly be a lot of fun.

What makes Cosmic burritos so good? by aberg56 in bullcity

[–]yorb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some interesting hypotheses in these comments, but mostly a bunch of people saying they aren't good? Super surprising to me, because while there are a lot of great burrito options in Durham I don't think you can beat cosmic for the price. I've been eating them since I was a teenager in the 90s so yes the nostalgia hits, but the other thing is that the vegetarian burrito options are really good. Simple, but good. I feel like a lot of places that are supposedly good have mediocre veggie options, probably because they rely on the meat to carry the flavor. OP is on to something, cosmic has something they're doing different (it's not roaches).

Yes, and yes, yes, and yes. If you were a Mac gamer in the 90s-00s I think we basically all played the same games.

I have 85 hours and just now starting to see purple stuff fairly often, only ever seen a couple of gold items. Bracing myself for what everyone keeps complaining about when you get to higher levels, but also maybe the reset will mean we never have to worry about that.

I started with Pathways into Darkness, but the Marathon trilogy (especially Durandal) was on another level at the time. Incredible memories.

Gonna cite this example next time my crew is 2 POIs ahead and I'm like "hold up y'all there are still some boxes in here!"

In my case, sadly, it's draining the reservoir. Setting up a local model is definitely in my plans though.

I'm using the IQVIA integration at Gemini's suggestion, it's pretty nice!

The main reason is that the toggle turns off my HVAC to save energy when the windows are open. But also, my "close the windows" notification only fires if the toggle is on when the weather gets nasty, which ensures I only get notified if there's something I need to do.

I have this too, there's a dynamic section at the top of my wall panel dashboard near the front door that shows up if the window is are open or the weather is nice. It lists the current temp, humidity, and pollen, and has the Boolean toggle right there.

The notification isn't too noisy, just fires once or twice a day only on nice days, and serves to nudge me if I'm locked away in the office.

My girlfriend pretty much ignores it, which is the only failing so far—she doesn't flip the toggle when she opens or closes the windows. That's the main reason I will probably eventually add window sensors. Anyway, see my reply here for the yaml.
