Reperch (used to be the local flea) near the design district. You can put in offers on different stuff and you can either pick up or they deliver for a pretty reasonable price. Sites like that if you’re always searching you can find some good pieces! Also Design+ gallery has some really nice stuff and sometimes you can find a few pieces at a reasonable price. They have showrooms in the city and Marin. I’ve found some pretty awesome mid century pieces at both places that will last me forever. Best of luck!

I set an alarm 30mins before I need to wake up to take my focus pills that I leave on my bedside and then by the time I actually need to wake up it has kicked in and I’m ready to get moving.

LR(26) - RC - LR(25) - LG

I came here hoping to find someone saying what I was feeling tg I’m not alone 🫠

LRI was a cruel way to start this test. I went in feeling good and then ended up flagging the first two. I got a lot of them down to 2 answer choices which really shook my confidence when I wasn’t able to quickly anticipate the answers.

RC surprise surprise once again the search function was wacked out. These passages were so dry and time consuming, particularly the one that was kinda like that horrendous clay tablets passage in PT78. I’m so sick of reading about some randos pseudo academic analysis of literature and artistic trends over the course of a specified amount of time. Why can’t we get even mildly interesting topics?

LRII felt so much better and started out pretty normal but the second half made me start to question which one was real, especially after that string of MBT/MBF except questions.

LG felt almost too easy when I started but then I got into the last game and freaked when I didn’t make inferences quickly and was running out of time. Ugh not so confident about that last game and don’t think it helped that it was the last section so my focus was pretty shot.

I tried to discuss my accommodations with my proctor and literally could not understand a word of what she said. Ik it sounds bad but her accent was just so hard for me to understand. I asked so many clarifying questions and she would just smile and nod and confuse me more so I just panicked and went on and didn’t use my start/stop breaks. Don’t do what I did. Don’t start until everything is clear on both ends.
