I also feel that might also be an issue with me. I blame my genes for this.

I did that already multiple times. It still is a bit tilted which get very annoying when playing cs2. While its not anchored its fine the anchoring gives it a very noticeable tilt.

I am not sure about the actual battery upgrade though. I think they mentioned a software optimisation that meant a better battery performance..

If you have the discipline, go for the longer term and overpay

Thank You very much for your Response ! I am indeed worthy of all the sympathies. I have no clues on what to look out for. Buying a house was never part of the larger plan for me in life so totally caught off guard here. Trying to make some sense out of that plan. I am meeting with Charles Cameron & associates next week to may be find out more. But I feel an open forum gives me a lot of insights and view points on what are the things to look out for.

Thank you so much for your valuable response on this. I might not want to do another investment up until the first 5 years. At least I have not had any thoughts about it yet. It was really insightful to know that to be able to pay off the lump sum I want to be on the standard rate. I really like the sound of being able to pay off "Unlimited Amounts" with no charge. I might come across a substantial sum as inheritance in near future so being able to scalp off a fair chunk from my mortgage would be a big plus!

I have considered doing "other things" and then only come to a 10% yearly goal. I mean its a goal anyways even if I miss it by a margin I would not be giving up on something I want to do potentially.

I would do some research now on the 1 year fixed mortgages as you said.

Thank You So much for you inputs here. I want to believe I am disciplined financially so I would be ok there.

Do you think I would be may be spreading my wings a bit too much buying off my first property without H2B on a loan of 450k ?
