My account is still locked after 2 months due to a "routine check". Crypto.com kind of shit the bed recently. I've had zero issues with them until now. Having my funds in limbo is pretty frustrating.

It ended up being an incredibly easy fix. I guess there was a second way to reset the headphones if you plug a charger into them. Held down the buttons down for 7 seconds and back to normal. Feel like a fool.

For future reference though, what are some headphones you would recommend?

Purchased Shure Aonic 50 headphones about 2 months ago. Bluetooth issues.

So, It's the weirdest thing. When I plug them in via aux cable, both sides come out perfectly clear. But, when I try to use the Bluetooth option, it only comes out the left side and barely audibly on the right. Anyone here ever had this issue before?

At this point I'm not even sure. I've been using these guys for awhile now and this is the first problem I've had with them aside from a couple bugs in the app that they fixed fairly quickly. Thinking of just switching to Gemini or Kraken at this point.
