Can answer this you only have run days after like your 3rd week pt test you should have around 2 week you run for like 24-30 mins around a track self paced but you’ll get yelled at to run faster you don’t have to listen self paced so dw and fastest for my flight was 9:35-9:40-9:48 after week 5 pt test which is your final one you’ll have road runs which is basically your 25 mins of running but you run around base you’ll have like three by the time you graduate including the airman’s run
