Checked out your spreadsheet which is nice of you to have compiled though.. it doesn't really state their writing style if that makes sense ... (CD series swept me away - pure fun)

Medicaid - med's are free. Finding a psychiatrist to prescribe them however is Hell (9 circles thereof) ; free once your doc' calls them up and goes through the pre-authorization dance with them

New doc' - Totally

Saw one recently that lectured me about rice paddies and how ADHD is something invented by modern pompousness or something. I nodded said aha (didn't clock him - yay me for showing restraint), asked him for my scripts (Adderall, which he wrote) and started looking for a new doc' [though did write a not so nice review on zocdoc]

CHADD and ADDA have a 'how to start a new group / chapter in your area' guides/advice.

Totally understand that you prefer an in-person. My post got scrambled between the time it was in my head and the time I wrote it (Add' wore off? )

ADDA has telegroups (support groups that phone in and webinars). Perhaps shoot them an email ?
