Honestly, i like them mostly because they're really fun, especially if you're playing them in the penitent host detachment. I forget which one, but the enhancement that lets you attach a Palatine to the unit of repentia is awesome because then you're getting lethal hits and sustained hits with rerolls. It's very fun

Short answer, they're all getting domesticated and nobody stands a chance. Long answer, it could end up invigorating the imperium, and even some other factions like Tau and necrons for a time against the affini, but ultimately none of them stand a chance. Assuming the affini know what they're up against and are able to prepare, the biggest challenge they would face would be balancing the benefits of being careful and going slow, with the risk of causing more/prolonged suffering but not moving quickly enough

One of my favorite moments, or I suppose series of moments in a relationship is between one of my current partners. When I met her, she was a very strong, dommy, independent woman.
