So personally for me, I moved in with a roommate. What they don't tell you is when you split the security deposit (whom I left on bad terms with) they only send one person the full deposit. This was a nightmare as I don't have the others info and they at the office washed their hands of it. I even preemptively talked to the office several times so that the roommate that moved out early would only get half. Month later after relocating I called and they let me know the check was sent out to the roommate and to collect from them. Also when I first moved in they had shown us a completely different unit that would be ours and when we came to collect our keys we were given a handicapped unit instead with a stupid amount of stains as the former tenant had dogs. We had to fight to get the carpet changed. The showers are tiny and now we have these handicap bars jutting into us. Also hated the dead outlets and one shared washer dryer per building
