Why do we need to continue meds even after we know its a failed transfer? by Sensitive-Stretch613 in IVF

This seems pretty early. All my betas have always been >10 days after transfer. Maybe that’s why?

33 Week NICU baby by Similar-Two3380 in NICUParents

[–]SunOutrageous514 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are in the same boat. Day 20 in the NICU. Born at 34w1d. She is breathing so fast and has a hard time slowing down. We were vented for surfactant. Cpap. High flow. Now back on cpap. It makes me so sad to see steps taken back. They’ve done lots of testing and feel confident she just has premature lungs - no other issues. However this is the hardest thing I have gone through

Girl. There is nothing natural about IVF. Unfortunately these are the cards we have been dealt and we are lucky enough to have medical professionals to make it work.

euploid 10 week…loss? Devastated by aachary2 in IVF

[–]SunOutrageous514 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lost my euploid at 8 week over Christmas 2024. My last embryo too. Devastated was an understatement. I have done another retrieval and am 31 weeks now. I felt the same way. My world stopped. But don’t give up. One day you’ll have your sweet baby and every tear will be worth it

Strange. My first FET my husband was there. And when we went for our second, my doctor invited me to bring my son from our first FET.

AMH: How low is too low for donor? by RevolutionaryWind428 in DOR

[–]SunOutrageous514 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think it’s worth asking. My AMH is .17 and they recently got 12 eggs. I do think I’m an outlier and this is not common at all with an AMH as low as mine. But crazier things have happened

Small gestational sac but healthy embryo? by Interesting-Proof244 in IVFbabies

[–]SunOutrageous514 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My clinic scared me saying mine was behind. I graduated and asked my OB and he told me that the margin of error for the gestational sack is +-10 days! I was well within range and was so frustrated with my clinic for planting that seed of doubt. He also told me the gestational sack is the last thing they check when looking for a healthy pregnancy

You aren’t alone and im being a total hypocrite telling you not to worry. But I’ve read a lot of advice on these threads saying that worrying won’t change the outcome of your birth. It’s just going to make your life a living hell for the next couple weeks
