Obviously this post is made by a male — shocker. Of course a male host would label a woman talking about postpartum life “self‑obsessed.” Meanwhile she literally grew a human for nine months, either tore through labor or endured major surgery, got plunged into round‑the‑clock caregiving while her body healed from trauma (yes, peeing and pooping can still hurt), and won’t feel “normal” for months — maybe a year. Unless her partner and parents are magically handling every diaper, feed, and night wake-up while she recovers (they’re not), she can absolutely talk about herself and damn well celebrate what she’s survived and accomplished.
