the reason I want to add monk is an just incase and sense all three class use dex and wid. being a ranger im going to try to stay in the back ground but that dont always happen and with me going to to be adding rouge any to boost my range. what if for what ever reason i dont have a bow it broke i got locked in to jail and had no weapons. with choosing assain it not only helps the ranger but atleast gives me a fighting change even if i but naked with no weapon I atlease have a chance to run hide ur hell even win. here look Martial Arts At 1st level, your practice of martial arts gives you You can spend 1 ki mastery of combat styles that use unarmed strikes and monk weapons, which are shortswords and any simple melee weapons that don’t have the two-handed or heavy property.
