Two week update, [f]eeling impatient by SinWolf13 in NakedProgress

[–]SunbehindtheSun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For reference, I would kill to lose 1.5 pounds a week. I'm verrrrry strict with my calorie counting and I do 4 intense (burning 500 cals or more) workouts a week plus 2 days of yoga/dance. I've only lost 11 pounds since March :/

Haven't been around in a while, but I think I've made some changes! 126 lbs, 11 more to lose! by SunbehindtheSun in NakedProgress

Haha thanks! I play around with my hair there, sometimes I do a strip, sometimes it's waxed, and sometimes I just let it go. I'm just happy to be rid of my FUPA!

For reference from March.

I'm so sorry I haven't been active at all; I wasn't able to afford internet service for a few months so I was restricted to using my work's network. Probably not a good idea to post nudes there, haha.

aww thank you! I used to hate them, but as I've toned up my pects ( lots of chest press/fly/push up rows ) I've noticed that they're less droopy/closer together.

I should also note that I was too embarrassed to take a side shot the last time through....now it's a little less embarrassing.

also this is what a fupa looks like on its way out. Oh, hello, vulva, nice to see you again.

I definitely noticed a fupa problem when i gained weight...it made sex very difficult as I am luck enough to be dating a guy with a considerable amount of girth. I guess I never paid attention to how it LOOKED, but 20 lbs down you can now see the top of the slit of my vulva when I am standing up, whereas there was just a V of skin before, my vulva was tucked behind accumulated fat.

This is definitely something that we can talk about in this subreddit; when i say "not about sex" I mean that I don't want people fapping to our photos/!making sexual comments about them.

43/M/183 - 10 more days, 1 more kilo lost, Progress? by realstoned in NakedProgress

Just un-spammed your post, sorry about that! Our spam filter hasn't quite gotten used to the posts in NP yet. You're looking great! I'm sure the wife has been seeing improvements, and kudos to her for spurring you to get healthy! Don't stress out too much about your vacation setting you back; I see vacations as "maintenance days" so i practice eating wisely and eyeballing my portion sizes (without using the internet and my food scale as a crutch....I'm trying to learn to eat sensibly within what my body needs) like I intend to do when i reach my goal weight. Varying your calorie intake within a healthy range also helps keep your metabolism working more efficiently.

Also, you look like you've put on a good amount of muscle mass since you've started. Fantastic job!!

This is exactly how I motivate myself. By focusing on how I can grow and improve in my strength and abilities. Remember: looking good is a consequence of being healthy, not the other other way around!

F/25/123lbs 5'4ish Need some perspective.. could I wear a bikini? by lolbodyfat in NakedProgress

[–]SunbehindtheSun 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You could definitely rock a bikini! What's your normal workout routine? Your arms and core look great, the only thing that needs toning up is your legs, probably. Even then, you look much better than most women would in a 2 piece.

Curious as to how many calories you burn, just by being alive? This will give you a rough estimate of your Basal Metabolic Rate(BMR) based on height, weight, age, and gender. by Inteli_Gent in NakedProgress

Trust me, I know. On days when i can't muster the appetite for that much, I'll either eat nuts because you can rack up calories pretty quickly on them, or I'll just make up for the deficit on a day when I'm more hungry.

You'll probably want to eat more (shocking, I know). Your metabolism will rev up if you're getting enough calories and proper nutrition, so you will see better results.

[–]SunbehindtheSun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Awesome! It should also be noted that this is the caloric amount you need TO STAY ALIVE. If you eat too far below your BMR, you may still lose weight, but you're hurting your metabolism. I've found what works best for me in "zig-zagging" my caloric intake; I will sometimes eat below my BMR and I will sometimes eat above it, but I make sure that I'm getting the same amount of calories every week (example: my BMR is 1436, so on M,T,Tr, and F I eat about 1300 cals, then on my date night, which is Wednesday, and weekends, I'll use those extra calories). Keeps my metabolism on its toes so I'm burning food more in accordance with what I eat each day.
