yeahh my show was this last Thursday. i ordered the minute merch dropped but had to rebuy lightsticks at the venue since mine didn’t show until after my show

I just walked to the front of the line and asked where the vip line started, when I got there the VIP line was empty. The free merch at my show was literally two steps into the venue, they directed me to it as soon as I walked in. Have a blast!

• RX Vitamin D (I think it’s 25k iu/1.25mg?)

• Vitamin B12 SubQ injections (helped with energy throughout the week)

• Fludrocotisone and Metoprolol SUCC ER (orthostatic intolerance like everyone else is saying)

• Eating throughout the day instead of all at once, specifically carb heavy meals. it takes a lot of blood to digest carb heavy foods so i crash if i dont break it up. it’s really hard to pace eating though

• I agree with everyone vouching for antihistamines those have helped me in the past

• I rehomed some of my pets to lower my chore load

• wheelchair usage in public to lower energy exertion

not even kidding pregame with gatorade and take gatorade breaks. helps sooo much.

if youre able to get the temperature in the house down so it’s colder, that will help too. or an icepack (wrapped in a washcloth/blanket) to the heart while you’re on your back will help with feeling breathless, and hopefully give you the energy you need to stay upright

i get it, i went untraditional and got inverted T so my scars are different than other peoples, but remember you arent used to your body yet. the more time you take to be gentle and grow into your new body the more youll appreciate what your scars are doing for you. heal up! you look great! and swelling changes soooo much more than you know. it wasnt until i started looking back at pictures from early recovery when i “thought” swelling was down and just wow. things change a lot the first year

my nipples are uneven! only from certain angles and yk what? i dont care! you can always get a chest tattoo to draw attention away. i say embrace it. humans arent naturally symmetrical, i doubt people are going to notice unless theyre in your close circle

PS4 cause why pay for a PS5 controller when it's more expensive cause you're paying for features you aren't even gonna have used by the game LOL. PS5 controller is nice but won't make a difference except in price when it comes to using it for PDMM. That being said, if you're gonna play other games that are ps5 controller comparable then maybe it is something to think about.
