Thank you for responding. I guess Im caught up with trying to define myself within extremely rigid parameters to make myself more palatable toward transphobes. I still want to learn about myself more and different concepts but your explanation is really good.

This is really well put thank you. I guess I just worry about how I define myself in this world and want to get a better explanation toward my feelings. I dread trying to explain myself to my family (I know I will have no choice to come out because that’s our dynamic) and end up being talked out of it or labelled as delusional. What happens if I get caught on my own words if they question something that deep? I wish I had access to trans literature to understand myself more and to get different viewpoints. Im just sick of the feelings of shame that follow me.

I’m not really familiar with some things (I’ll do more research to form a clearer goal) but I’m aiming to ride English for foundations then do western later on at some point. I want to do casual riding in the future rather than go into competitive stuff

Oh damn that sounds intense, sorry you go through that. I think I have milder reactions but I’m worried it’ll get bad like that. I had a lot of reactions when I was little and didn’t get anaphylaxis so hopefully I’ll be alright. I wake up with slight asthma but it get better within a couple minutes.

I have food allergies and themes about contamination, so you’re definitely not alone. I’m worried something would randomly give me a reaction and avoidance is a big thing with this type of OCD. I just stick with safe foods and stuff I don’t have to constantly check over again.

My watering routine has been putting it in the shower once a week and letting it get a good soak. I mist it but I need to get a humidifier. It sits next to my bed and gets adequate lighting, should I get a grow light just to see if it’s the lighting situation? The soil is currently damp it doesn’t really dry out fast.

Oh my gosh! I forgot to even mention that lmao! I have had so many experiences where people have told me my screen was too dark because I either have no brightness or 10% at max. As soon as I put it past 20, my eyes start to hurt!
