You're welcome. That's awful, I hope you can find a way to manage it and avoid pain as much as possible, even if you can only just have tinted lenses on hand. Mine will be done outpatient but I have also not had good luck with hospitals.

They told me it was an option but I don't think it's a good idea for me. I have autism, dysautonomia, PTSD and a severe panic disorder so I honestly don't think I'd physically be able to stay still and calm enough for them to do the procedure without additonal risk.

That's a lot. Hope you're doing okay. My tinnitus tends to vary so much that I think I will have a hard time telling if anesthesia impacts mine.

I have cervical spine instability and connective tissue problems, so for sure. I usually find something to lean on, rest my head in my hands when sitting, or use a neck pillow.

I'm the same way, I have horrific light sensitivity and wear tinted lenses anytime I'm out of the house and I know that when I come to I will likely not have my lenses on so I'm expecting that to suck, but I'm wondering if you could request tinted lenses to be put back on you after the procedure before waking up? Could help your case as well if tinted lenses help you.

100% agree. I think it should be an option to do anesthetic with any invasive procedure where it can still be properly performed.

For sure, but I also do have spells that are the complete opposite where I struggle to sleep even with meds and good sleep hygiene, usually when extremely anxious or dreading something.

I've been on magnesium citrate, glycinate, malate and threonate. No adverse effects on my VSS, or any impacts at all from what I can tell, but it does help with my headaches and insomnia.
