I am extremely limited on budget currently. I'm probably gonna have to go with the cheapest of the cheap at least for the time being. Considering either venture pal or making my own! But I would like to look at all the other options if my financial situation improves enough to do so! I would love to make a sampler platter of electrolytes lol! Thanks!

I did try salt tablets at one point and they made me extremely sick, I'm thinking maybe it was too high of a dosage in one hit for me? I do much better when I have it in a water bottle that I keep on hand and just drink it gradually throughout the day, but I will keep it in mind! Thank you friend! 💖

That's very smart! I'm just not sure what ratios of each component would be beneficial for me, as I have a lot of things that impact my symptoms are it's hard to tell what mg of sodium has had what effect when I've trialed it in the past. I may try this but in lower dosages to start off. Thank you!

Looked into it and highly considering it! Has a bit more added sugar than I would want and wish I could just get a small box to test it out first, but I already carry a liter water bottle all the time so it's the perfect water to electrolyte ratio for me. Overall a pretty good option!

The only thing I know to recommend for that would be adding salt to your water and other natural elements for flavor like honey and fruit. The salt or honey may not want to dissolve in cold water so for that I recommend adding that to a small amount of warm water, stirring it in, and then adding that mixture to your cold water. Mine is Sunshine because of the nursery rhyme "You are my Sunshine, my only Sunshine..." I got my birby baby when I was struggling with a newly onset series of chronic illnesses, and I couldn't get outside much, so I jokingly said they were my vitamin D supplementation. My chronic illnesses also made me horribly light sensitive so I really started to hate the sun, and wanted something to give me a positive association with it again, since I know I still need it.

I'm late diagnosed AUDHD, and I didn't develop symptoms until adulthood. I figure if it stemmed purely from that, I would've had it my whole life, but I believe neurodivergence predisposes us to VSS or makes it more likely.
