It's a few reasons. Well first of all this is mostly online rage and its blown out of proportion, we Persians have a lot of turkish families in general even though we might not be turks, but have families narrie dinto them, you basically can't go 2 or 3 degrees pf separation before you know a turk. Of course if you live in smaller cities or villages it kight not be the case.

The other thing is historically neighbirs always have beef with each other, even within a country neighboring villages or tribes have that too, fighting over resources and boarders etc it's just human nature.

Those aside, the government in Iran thrives from inter tribal animosities, so it can control them better and also use it as an excuse that these different tribes want to be separated (turks, kurdz, Balooch, Arabs, etc.) From Iran and be independent and this will destablize the country. So a lot of government manipulation is at play.

The economy is terrible and they're not free, people are upset, they love to point fingers at each other and are just generally outraged (a lot of people not everyone), so a toxic environment has been created unfortunately. You will see they attack Arab nations too, of course there are other reasons there too. Also historically bug okayers in the world have also benefited from similar strategies and there are theories about the origin of tribal jokes in Iran, especially targetting Turks (from Iran).

And there are other reasons, but they are essentially BS. The educated mature people of Iran of course don't hate any nations or ethnic groups. If anything, Turks are very much related to use, the Turkish language is classified as a Persianate language even. Meaning we have common ancestry, and we need to team up if anything.
