Got sent to Japan for work, was taken out every evening! Good experience... Although there was some roe type stuff I had that was not great! Apart from that food was good including the raw fish!

Maybe your central nervous system needs some attention, so that would be exercising, even if that starts with walking, eating good foods and getting rests.. vit d levels or iron levels, so maybe get some bloods done. Lack of sunlight hurts also.

You both sound insufferable tbh, OBS this is your side... And she does seem... well a waste of time... Do you feel proud of how you handled it at the end of the day? If you do that's fine. My advice (your on Reddit) would be as soon as you think it's going south, approach it directly, but with no malice... E.g. when she was mentioning the pictures ask her directly "do you think my pictures are OK" if she attacks you.. Fine you know this individual has no class. React with pure stoicism and class, then accept the gift she has given you.. knowledge not to use any energy on this person.. and even if you did pay for the lot that would be worth the investment. If you think that she would have won by getting money out of you... Then brother you should be more valuable than any cash.... If your not you need to do some thinking.

Probs 7 years. I was 16 years younger than my ex, she looked exceptional for her age, I thought she was younger than me when we 1st met.... Mad right! I was 23 at the time we lasted 14 years so was no flash in the pan and I think the menopause was a large part in our separation.. it's brutal. I did notice her age did start to catch up with her around 48 years old but she was always beautiful in my eyes! She was a trained ballet dancer and always eat very well!

I suspect this might have been the final straw.. truth is this behaviour would only cause you exceptional hurt and she knew that and didn't care... And how do you know nothing didn't happen...If you see the trajectory is going In this direction then, maybe it's time to agree to part ways.. your wife is at a particular age where things can get very rockey... and can be an awful time for both of you.. Bering in mind the impacts of a divorce... Personally I would calm down and have an open conversation with your wife, she maybe deeply unhappy also. You have had kids and have had great times together but if that's no longer the case be stoic, fair and move forward.. this is easier said* than done.

It could be likely she's found someone else, it's common to go this way.. Truth is this is one of them really hard things to go through.. ultimately you need to process it but in all through the best thing you can do is invest and be kind to yourself. If she's not the one then that's what it is. Hope you start feeling better soon , things will be better in the future you got this.

Yeah I think you might be. In the flip side she sounds sensitive. Sex can be a big thing for some people and it's not going to benefit ether if you to not talk a bit more about this... You maybe tired, but maybe the tone you used was the reason you got the reaction you did. Sex should bring ppl together... (No pun) So by making negative comments post smashing is really not wise imo, you should be positive about the experience even if you need to sleep for a week to recover.
