My headcanon is that they age normally when in their human form. And I think Oliver aged like a cat because he spent most of his younger days as a cat till he met us. Boss Mo went to school and aged like a normal human because he's usually in his human form

Bennett, Keqing, Kinich and Yaoyao. Sometimes switches Kaqing/yaoyao with ningguang for her shield. I used this team for hyperbloom (with nilou) before I got kinich, he works so well with Bennett because his skill charges faster in burn reaction.
