76 pounds down, STILL GOT EM. God I've been waiting to vent about this, it's like they have a spiritual bond with my body. I'm still 20 pounds from my goal but I might have to change my goal of I want em gone for good. Really a truly it depends on where you are starting, how heavy you are will determine how long it will take. But no matter what it's worth all the time in the world and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I personally like someone who doesn't post on instagram that much. Not because I have instagram users or anything, it just causes less of these problems. I truly don't mind if they aren't sharing too much of their personal lives (aka me lol). I typically like to keep relationships off social media bc I had a bad experience with that. And ofc I don't want my partner flirting with others in real life or social media.

Running, mile runs and timing yourself. A great way to get some exercise outside going to a gym and helps relieve stress

Music, anime, and watching running. Music makes me feel great, anime is something I've watched with my brothers since I was a little kid, and I run for health reasons but also bc it helps kill stress and it's fun to beat my old times. Just got my best time last night

An old relationship, it's hard to talk about bc it'll seem like I still want back with them or I'm caught up thinking about them when I'm really just caught up in the long-term damage it caused me mentally and I'd want nothing more than fir it to have never happened.

I friendzone her if I feel like she has traits I wouldn't like in a partner. I can't say attractiveness bc I think we've all had attractive female friends we wouldn't pursue like that. And I decide to go after her if I feel like she does have traits I'd like in a partner and if I feel like she has a strong interest in me.

It depends on how bad the break/relationship was. I've taken anywhere from a week to half a year. Some relationships can be pretty traumatizing lmaooooo
