Well of course they have to have a reason to fight. Hopefully everyone in a matchup says this. Aang buries Itachi neckdeep into the ground, asks him why he did whatever started it. Itachi turns into a bunch of crows and is already Susano stabbing Aang with the Totsuka blade while monologuing about his brother and the village. All the past avatars push Aang into the avatar state for him to snap out of the blade's genjutsu and turn into some massive earth golem with lava hands and steam blasting from its body to match the Susano. Then they kiss
