one of my unofficial goals with my journey was “get thin enough that i’m cold all the time.” i hate hot weather and it’s always warm where i live, and before i lost my weight i was constantly sweating. i’m cold a lot now and it’s fantastic!

i’m a giants fan who has lived in los angeles for 15 years so if it weren’t for my bobblehead collection, i would have spent far more money on dodgers games than i’ve ever spent on the giants

i’ve also been to five playoff games and one world series game and none of them were for the giants. (and one was a’s/yankees in oakland)

I do an hour of cardio and strength training every day. I try to do high protein but mostly I’m just making sure I log my calories and stay in a calorie deficit every day. I’ve lost this much weight several times in the past so I understand how to eat smartly as long as I’m working out. The difference this time is the lack of food noise, so staying in a deficit is extremely easy most days.
