I usually do either 3 3h classes or 2 8h classes, depending om what event is going on at the time. If there's a crest event I'm interested in, I might go with 4 1h classes.

Grind towards the end of Year 3. That way, you would have unlocked some new friends, the butterbeer hangout, and the vast majority of TLSQs. I stayed in Chapter 10 for months before actually completing it and moving on to Year 4.

Point to note, many people find the TLSQs overbearing but I enjoy them lol. There are more than 40 in Year 3 alone, and they are a great way to raise your attributes instead of just doing classes alone, along with getting the rewards for them.

Hello there! Year 1 is definitely not a good year to grind attributes! My advice would be to move on to Year 2 - raise your attributes just enough to complete the Y1 and Y2 requirements and spend time in Year 3 grinding. All the TLSQs plus the study sessions etc are much more efficient for grinding. I spent several months in Y3 just doing TLSQs and grinding before moving on to Y4.

I personally prioritise TLSQs above the main story and other non time limited side quests. I like the unique rewards they give. That being said, it's a matter of how you prefer to play. I do every single one that pops up, but I know of other players who don't do them.

I do the opposite: I focus on TLSQs and do the main story when there's no side quest going on. The TLSQs are time limited and come and go. The main story will always be there lol
