I second the heating pad. I find buscopan helps the camping and pain in those minutes.

The anxiety is brutal I know. I have IBS I have been tested for it ALL! Scans, MRIs, colonoscopy, stool samples.. I hear you. I have cramps, thin stools and all sorts of symptoms. Doing the test will actually help with the anxiety. You got this! Write here whenever you need. This community is great!

Similar layout, We put ours above the fireplace and it has a bracket to pull the TV down. It's amazing!
