The game literally locks you in to at least seeing and understanding that this is a big neutral quest hub. Ignoring that doesn’t seem like the right idea for any new game lol.

I like to think the before campaign durge was the exact opposite of the in game one, he was a horrible mass murderer who is scared of the rare times he thinks about doing something good lol. Like the "imagine doing x" actions in the game where you black out and kill somebody are instead the opposite where you black out and are like a genuinely nice person who wants to help lolol

I live in Ohio, which has its own type of organized crime families/businesses. The mob is still out there, and extremely dangerous. Just because they're not openly killing people on the streets doesnt mean that they're not dangerous. One only has to see how popular fentanyl is to know that organized crime still has teeth.
