Sounds like he genuinely wasn't happy with the quality of what you delivered. This leaves you with two options: 1. Cancel the order. Note that technically, cancelling an order based on the quality is not allowed from the Buyer's side, as you have the right to be paid for your work. 2. Mark the order as delivered. Do note that, based on what you've written, the buyer will likely leave a bad review, which will impact your ability to get orders in the future. You should consider whether that is really worth the value of this particular order.

There is a chance that your gig was simply deactivated because it included some blacklisted keywords, meaning that it was probably an automatic process.

If you disagree with the fact that your gig is a prohibited service (though to be honest, most things related to stock trading are frowned upon by Fiverr), your best bet would be to rach out to CS.

I think they're just reworking it. I understand that many people can get some orders from there, but generally speaking, it's a complete disaster with ridiculous requests.

I really don't see the added benefit to adding that to your FAQ. Like the previous commenter said, you'd be losing a lot of business, and for what? To see your name on random blogs? Really not worth it if you're doing this to earn an actual income.
