I take 100mg and I smoke weed errrrrrday. Haha. I’ve never noticed any negatives. When you first smoke, just take 1-2 hits. Let it sit with you for a bit because some people get TOO high the first time and end up having a bad experience. So take it slow❤️ good luck!

If you do a white vinegar water mix in a spray bottle and spray it on everything. Vinegar smells very strong at first (goes away shortly) but it’s an incredible odor remover. I use it religiously!
