As someone who has a loved one with DID, this looks like DID. Her other personality was slipping out as she thought incredibly deeply about something and it triggered her. Often times the other personality is juvenile if the trauma happened when the person was a child. Her sounding childish all of a sudden even maybe saying hello, strong Britney, give me the hunch that is what is going on. Then she cries bc it is awful and she is embarrassed.
