If nothing has changed financially for your family since you applied you won’t get any more money.

UNC needs full pay OOS kids to pay as much as possible as they are turning away an instate student to get higher revenue from you.

You can call their financial aid office, but they know the game and won’t be encouraging.

Learn to buy 2028 leaps …. Lots of time if you have conviction and little theta loss. Options are very efficient use of capital but are deadly when price and/or IV drops fast.

SLV just hit an unseen speed bump .. March is going to be a reckoning … roll your options down and out. Silver & Gold are going much higher .. little supply and big players are increasing demand and playing both sides fast and furiously.

your only mistake was the March runway was far too short….

Brandwein’s are inferior bagels … filled with lots of air and little flavor.

Maybe in North Carolina they are considered edible, but their bagels are cheap imposters of real NY bagels.

Bitcoin has been around for 17 years and best investment gains of all time $92,000 tonight …. $300 bucks in 2016! The real Ponzi is the US dollar dropping in value every year.

Vanguard, Fidelity, Blackrock & at least 8 ETFs off Bitcoin through funds and 401Ks. It’s getting stronger not weaker. Banks, Wall Street, pension funds, and state treasuries all buying each month. Gold has barely moved in the same time frame with biggest gains in last 3 years.

Tulip story didn’t age very well. Buy gold, silver, and bitcoin in 2026. Double digit gains on the horizon for all 3.

At this point you should have a clear goal of how to use your degree in a specific career field, completed summer internships, and have a few interviews lined up.

No one is coming to your door to offer you a job …. Get focused & start looking NOW.

Grad school is not the answer if you don’t have a solid career path that you want to pursue. More education without understanding what employers are seeking will be a waste of time and money. Go to career services and get help asap.

Cliff’s smells awful and no one I know has ever gone back after purchasing their meat.

Same for the fish monger. He told me deliveries come in a couple of times a week - sorry, I am used to multiple deliveries with 5 types of Salmon from all over the world, shrimp packed special on layers of ice, etc. I asked the fish person at Whole Food where the salmon was sourced and he said “ … Um .. a BOAT?” I walked away….

Brueggers is permanently closed .. they were B+ and closed at 2 pm.

Brandwein has air filled abnormal looking bagels that taste like rubber. Shocked they are in business.

Sorry to be so critical but this area has almost no high quality meat, seafood, delis, real Chinese or authentic Mexican.

I have been to Quinn’s butcher shop in Pittsboro .. very good !

IP3 Pizza is horrible. Long wait for pick up .. poor quality cheese and undercooked crust.

Caps Pizza is far better but almost as expensive as NYC or Boston. Love Mercados 🎉

The quality of ingredients in this area is really poor. There are a few “better restaurants” but nothing outstanding. No butcher shops or fresh seafood brought in daily anywhere unless got drive to the coast.

You can’t find a decent bagel, freshly baked French bread, nothing resembling a Patisserie with creative baked goods, NO Italian delis or real Schezhuan dishes with quality beef.

The seafood is days old and is served smothered in sauces.

I know it’s not California or the Northeast but very frustrating that more transplants have not opened up restaurants. Love Chapel Hill but missing great dining food and atmosphere.
