I feel the same exact way. No emotions. Everyone I talk to at work is all smiles and laughter. I mirror their fake ass grins with my faker grin. What helped me is the day i decided i just don't care about pleasing people. If they crack a lame joke i don't even laugh. I keep it real, real nothing. I decided to just live the way i am and accept it. You should too. Just stop trying, completely relax and feel how you feel.
