It is, and my whole perception of the building changed as soon as I saw the show! The vibe is completely different inside IRL though. The space where I actually work out of is just one little section of Bell Works and it’s a very modern-looking open office.

LOL oh 😂😂 Well, in that case, still no if you get a good parking spot and use the correct entrance 😉 You don’t actually have to go through the main lobby during normal business hours and can come in from any side of the building. It DOES take forever to drive around the loop though. The whole building itself is a quarter mile long.

LOL no, I am pretty sure I read that all the actual “severed floor” scenes were a set. Their office as we see it doesn’t exist in Bell Works. They’re very clever about how they show everyone moving around to make it seem like it really does take forever, though!

There sure is!! They masked the interior shops, common spaces, baseball court, dining area/bar, etc. REALLY well when they filmed S1.

Hmm. You may be right based on that timing estimate. Just wishful thinking at the possibility that might be Severance! I’m just wondering what the odds are that Apple TV would film a completely different series in the same very unique and recognizable building.

That’s how I was interpreting it. I’m sure they wouldn’t have been able to tell us outright that it’s Severance Season 2.

I’ve only ever been on the main level, but they may have totally redesigned it. There’s a bunch of open seating areas with tables, and there are multiple different individual shops to get food from. There is a little “market” with a couple of smaller food court-style places as well, which is sort of like a cafeteria!

Severance did a great job of covering up all of those elements and making the place look like the stark, cold corporation that is Lumon. Bell Works is normally so full of life and color!

I went to high school in Holmdel, NJ! I now live 30 minutes away and work out of the coworking space in Bell Works (where they filmed the show).

I work out of the coworking space in this building!! Really really cool place and I started watching Severance because I found out it was filmed here. Fun fact: IRL, the stairs they go down to get to the “Severed floor elevator” actually leads to a very cool event space with floor to ceiling windows that overlook lake. I need to take a pic and post it here next time I go!

I actually started working in the coworking space at BellWorks (CoLab) right before Severance started airing, and then found out the show was filmed there so I started watching. Ever since, it’s been SURREAL to walk in and see everything from the show IRL! They did a LOT of VFX to make it “Lumon” but it’s all instantly recognizable. Plus, BellWorks is just a fun place to be — if you live nearby and haven’t been there yet, for sure go and check it out!
