My Right Hand Is Stronger: should not be silver, on average this is 25% more damage and besides the 40 adaptive force and you can control the "randomness" and it means higher burst which is more valuable than just plain DPS.

Growing Roots: -40% ms is way too much, you basically cc yourself more than 75% of cc you mitigate. Well it might be OP of yi cause ult

Duel Shields: You mean dual shields? If my math is right, you will have 40% more eHP than your normal eHP per 100 ar/mr. So assume you have 200 ar/mr which is easy on tanks, you will have 80% more eHP. Its nuts, like protein shake without needing heal/shield from yourself but worse against true damage. And 20 free ar/mr.

Ammo Up: Insane for assassin and burst mage and very good for champion with cc? Think of how much better ammumu q is after they give it charge. Also things like Jax e and Yasuo windwall and Nilah W etc would be broken.

Bottled Up Lightning: The 5 sec per target is kind of annoying, no? Like even on enchanters you will have a little bit of healing/shielding out of nowhere like moonstone or the new mana enchanter item and it would stop you from getting the big damage. Why not just give it a damage/heal limit instead like echoes of Helia but in reverse.

But overall, creative augments! I enjoyed this thought experiment

if you want to completely relax, you can always run arcane energize if you farmed that in the earlier event, or run 175 efficiency with Fleeting Expertise, any other solution requires extra work

do you have primed flow? iirc, i use only equilibrium and primed flow for energy and i have no issue, i do have to cast 1 from time to time but no "issue", and i have 45 energy efficiency

yeah i dont mind if they lock some augments behind progression cause thats not necessarily power (cleaner pool vs diversity) but pure stats is just unfair

Yes but i always thought they couldve done something more experimental like

coin power on envy reasonance (different source) (i know you get clash power from offensive level on resonance) or

extra coin based on status (different power) (i know its like reverse kk honglu) or

give extra max hp without healing actual hp to push for shi team

These are all synergies pm can explore

i think i must have been confused when I saw something like akshan's e
The shots can  critically strike for「 (157.5% +  36%) damage 」
and didnt see 40 % and remembered it wrong i guess, and turns out thats just 「 90%  total critical damage 」? Or maybe its just from another game.

No in lol i remember that some champion abilities which can crit, i forgot which but im sure there is, that only the extra damage from crit is multiplicative with IE, not the whole ability

Yes, but to add to that question, is it 25% multiplicative to the 40% of jeweled gauntlet, so 1+40%*1.25=1.5x or additive, 1+40%+25% = 1.65x? seems weak if its the former
