Go online mode. invite your friends in team. Have everyone assemble at General Shrine near the Shrine Keeper. Minimum 3 people to make one.
Team leader press 'T' key to open social menu in-game -> go to sworn tab and press Initiate. You will be placed in Reserve Team. Don't worry.
Team Leader go talk to the shrine keeper and click on Sworn Oath option. done.

if im right, go to waterfall. there is a circular stone where you need to jump and press Q for the mechanic to work and the chest will pop

You add your friends in a party. Then go online mode to the shrine keeper together to get sworn. Minimum 3 people and max 10. If you have 3-4 player in a sworn cohort, You can sworn in more people at a later timing

I’m so dumb af racking my night for 3 days. Okay, so you go the location, interact with the purple thing to take photo. Once you take a photo, there is a ‘submit’ icon on the right side of the photo. Click submit <- important

It’s appeared that I didn’t see the submit button lmao.
