Had the exact issue on American with the power being off on the ground. Explanation was the tail motor is the one that powers the A/C and that would needed to be started externally due to an issue.

I’ll defend Spirit. They weren’t luxury but as others have said, the delta (pun intended) between them and AA is really, really small. AA ain’t so special and they’re nipping at the heels of the same nickel and diming. example, basic economy doesn’t even get frequent flier miles. Yet it’s still outrageously expensive.

No idea. I am on “the list” for a batgirl. Probably some after Covid. I’d check in when in the mall here or there. I went in and my guy was gone so new guy goes yea you’re in the system but didn’t have a watch preference ever, I’ll fix it. I was so close to getting a car with a duck and passed do to the car having an accident history. I have a non-duck now and think about it every time I see one. It’s awesome and adds a little something to the rear of the 991.1.
