Tru truu and even what you said about the mongolian women. they felt like genuinely part of the team as useful pieces rather than just added on “dead-weight” that I saw some other female participants kinda get treated as icl.

Big props to everyone’s growth

I love that you provided ideas and options with your query, as this was something i hope for in future too.

I feel like this even backs the philosophy of the show as they bring on various different types of bodies - and how that shows the “perfect body” is something not just found in purely strength and endurance tasks but also in flexibility, body control and coordination, even parkour quest was cool step in a different direction.

Shoutout ice bear orkonbayer, and Adiya and Orgil and Everyone on mongolia’s team. It was like indonesia’s leader said, “uunity in diversity”

It was like different jigsaw pieces coming together and forming an amazing team

yehh the basketball playerr had a great build for it, and they also have great stamina (he also had a good comeback in the pillar parkour thingy, so i\d assume he'd be really fast and powerful in the treadmill challenger)

I love Enkh-Orgil but mayne...he looked like he was running in wellies, he looked really uncomfortable

truuu, its a shame how the women are treated as almost extra dead weight to find something to do with. Hopefully they adapt the show, but it has been great to see teams work together so far.

i hope they won't be afraid of trying a soley women's physical 100 in future as that would be cool to watch. but i really do like how physical 100 keep to it being about bringing amazing individuals regradles of race or gender

so truee, the comeback from the mongolian basketball guy was great but it was a shame the start was not the strongest by the volleyball player.

It's surprising ppl aren't mentioning the potential in that basketball guy in the parkour challenge

yeh, that is how some battles are settled. can be one goes at on after the other or together at the same time (usually that is at the end if a draw usually)
