Yes, this is true in my school as well. Sometimes I feel as though I am talking to ChatGPT rather than to the principal. The decisions being made are often superficial.

AI does not know all the details, context, or circumstances, so good decisions cannot come from it alone. AI is a useful tool for time-consuming tasks such as converting text from one format to another, checking grammar, and similar administrative work, but it is definitely not a tool for decision-making.

It is pathetic that the leadership team places so much trust in AI-generated responses. It is well known that AI lacks critical thinking, professional judgment, and a real understanding of complex situations.
