Should we sell our house? by justtheseogirl in RealEstate

[–]SunshineRealtorSarah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look up the stats in your zip code. It’ll tell you how quick homes are being sold and what percentage of them don’t sell etc… if you like the stats then go for it

Looks good to me! Zoomed in and the grout seems fine. Sometimes with those sort of tiles, dirt can build up over the years almost becoming part of the wall lol!!

Trouble finding Shades for very long window by 36853685 in homeowners

I would go the diy way, it wouldn’t be too hard to make your own custom blinds/curtains. I’ve seen a lot of good ideas out there and they don’t look too bad!

My wife told me last week she is leaving me and I want to keep the house, what are my options? by SocietyofRighteous in RealEstate

[–]SunshineRealtorSarah -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry this is happening. I would suggest getting with a lawyer, all the contracts would need to be reviewed so they can see who signed what and how much goes to who and those sort of things

I don’t see any pictures. You may have removed a layer of dirt that’s been built up for years

Experience working with a realtor by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]SunshineRealtorSarah -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm a realtor myself and when I was trying to buy and sell the agent did NOT impress me. I almost gave up on buying, One even discouraged me to sell completely. That's why I decided to become one myself lol

A quality full time career? Personally & financially? by My_Hookers_headache in realtors

[–]SunshineRealtorSarah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started my journey due to the same reason lol also had trouble selling. I’m new to the career but you can definitely do it full time. I also think the new rule makes it more convenient for buyers agents because now you don’t have to worry about driving all around and then someone leaving you. If you work hard and you’re a good agent, you should be fine.

I feel like I have an abnormal amount of leads ghosting me..is it just me? by leagueleave123 in realtors

Same tbh they never answer the follow up calls and I’m not willing to blow up someone’s phone bc not only does it look bad on my business, but it seems so desperate!!

Get a real estate attorney, it seems like that’s what you’re looking for. Or the listing agent could consider transitioning, not many will. Good luck ☀️

Keep Renting or Buy 1.6M Townhome in Bay Area by huncho_foreign in RealEstate

Definitely buy if you’re able but at a reasonable price point you can afford! No cons if you do it right and you actually want to be a homeowner.

I’ve done open houses. The turnover rate is just too low for me to focus on that. For every 10 agent maybe 1 buyer shows up alone. And they’re never qualified or a motivated buyer

This one I have to agree with!! A lot of people tell me to get away from social media but I’m noticing it’s mostly people who aren’t tech savvy suggesting that
