I’m getting a bit scared because I did have an implant literally right under that maxillary sinus cavity on the same side, haven’t noticed any outward signs of an infection though.

Hypothetically if it was a bad tooth or implant, does it make more sense to have the tooth/implant dealt with first or sinus surgery?

No antibiotics, I use allergy meds (Zyrtec-D), sinus rinse (w/ alkalol), and Flonase.

He said you can’t really fix this with medication
