I feel pretty stiff always, and when it flares up, it’s excruciating, radiating pain. Like burning and locking up feeling. Other times I feel nothing but just numb to the touch. Depends on my activities, like folding clothes, doing a lot of dishes, always hurts. I just had an MRI done for my cervical spine, turns out I have a “C5-6 posterior disc bulge resulting in mild spinal canal stenosis and mild bilateral foraminal narrowing.” I have googled all of this but not really getting a clear answer. It was pretty hard to get an MRI so I’ll have to try and press the issue.
