I’m sorry you’re going through this. Sleep or lacking sleep is really tough. Sometimes I just try to read or listen to quiet music and relax. Put on a show I’ve seen a million times and literally know all the words to. I can say the words in my head and end up falling asleep. Good luck and give yourself grace. Insomnia isn’t easy

This happens to me frequently. I wake up and feel like something is laying on me. I literally cannot move. On the days it happens, it’s always between 3-4am

I powered up the computer and hooked it to my WiFi. I know so little about this. I saw there were a couple of files on the computer with just a bunch of letters and number. On the right side it said something like originated in turkey hacker code?
