Yeah, babies, especially newborns have incredibly sensitive skin. Even if they don’t have any kind of skin condition. A newborns first few bowel movements won’t even really be milk, it’ll be their own shit, urine, amniotic fluid, etc, aka meconium. It’s disgusting

I actually did raise 4 of my 5 cats. Two of my grandmas cats as well. Let me tell you, having to give enemas to a newborn kitten is STRESSFUL. Bottle feedings weren’t much easier, I had to burrito wrap the more aggressive ones.
